Andean-Choco Youth Network: re-defining the struggle

This short documentary is an insight into the social-environmental struggles of a self-organized rural youth group. This film highlights strategies to protect the Andean-Choco in Ecuador from the life experience of some of the members of the Network. This also stands as an exploration of rurality, resistance, and contested worlds in Latin America.

Filmmaker: Diana Troya is a Biologist and Visual Anthropologist working on the merging of both disciplines and advocating for trans and interdisciplinary engagement in natureculture worlds to address social and climate justice.
